* An end to energy poverty: expand access to natural gas and in-state produced bio-fuels.
* Safe communities: Keep drugs and dealers out of our towns. Step one: expand VT Drug Task Force.

VIBRANT COMMUNITIES
* Outstanding schools: Enhance educational opportunities such as vocational education.
* Quality of life: Fully fund all segments of Route 7 construction and secure mosquito money.

A SUSTAINABLE VERMONT
* A robust and diverse economy: We can and must attract high-paying, full-time jobs by
proactively marketing Vermont to job creators and making it easy to hire Vermonters: the
state should guide employers through permits and regulations to set up shop here.
* State budget: zero-based budgeting
